Say hello to the rest of the Three Rivers family!

Mollie and Billie are the official Three Rivers welcoming crew and assistant barn managers. You will be hard pressed to find Alex without these pups, and if you do, you can bet the girls are getting into some sort of mischief.
Tye Sundt Tye is the Lands Manager for the Grey Cliffs Ranch and is in charge of the “behind the scenes” efforts at the barn. Tye’s first love is hunting, but occasionally we can talk him into heading for the hills on his horse, Keller. Keller is a big buckskin Quarter Horse, and while you wouldn’t know it by his attitude or his young age, he’s more than half blind! More often than not you can find Tye in that big green tractor you see all over the ranch, or in the shop, but if you catch him out in the open make sure to say hello!
Tara Alex’s forever horse and assistant trainer, Tara is quite the character. She has strict rules for behavior in the paddocks, and has no tolerance for a horse that disrespects her or her human partner by being pushy, hard to catch, or displaying any other bad manners. She lets everyone think that the positive changes in attitude that usually pop up after a little time at the ranch are Alex’s doing, but really how Tara runs things after Alex has gone home at night is what makes the training program really work.
Marty Maddalena You’ll find Marty and his crew around the ranch all the time. He helps starting colts and getting miles on them once they are going, as well as providing barefoot trimming and farrier services through his own company, Double M Horse Services. His Quarter Horse, Potatoes, and Kiger Mustang, Danny, provide solid ride along support to colts headed out for their first ride in the hills. If you are interested in Marty’s natural hoof care services, please email him at martymaddalena@gmail.com. We love to keep it in the family!
Jessie Marty’s Border Collie partner, Jessie is in charge of running the fence lines to make sure none of these pesky horses get loose. She takes her job very seriously, so if she doesn’t greet you at the front door, don’t take it personally!
